H420A
The H420A is a fully automatic bandsaw machine offered by EIM-Trade and manufactured in Bulgaria by EMI JSC Silistra - a well-established private company which specializes in the production and export of bandsaw machines exclusively. The company has an integrated quality management system and the according certificates for compliance to the ISO 9001:2008, TUV Austria, UKAS 008 (Bureau Veritas) and CE standards.
The H420A is capable of cutting up to 420mm square and circular profiles, up to 420x450 rectangular ones at 90 degree angle and up to 500x250mm for 90 degree bundle cuts. The machine has a hydraulically-assissted frame lift, stepless variable speed control, swarf extractor system, 500mm stroke feed vise and a tension indicator for the blade tensioning mechanism, allowing an easy, hands-on control over the blade deflection, which improves the cut precision. The machine uses a 5000x34x1.1 blade running steplessly at 7 to 106 RPMs driven by a 3.0kW motor.
